Hello Everybody:
My name is Stefano Riznyk and I am the CEO of USAexplained.com, as well as US-Immigration-Explained.com. I am preparing this blog in an effort to share my viewpoints on various initiatives in the area of immigration law. I am not pro or con immigration. There are good arguments on both sides. Immigration cannot be taken as a whole; it is broken down into many sub-areas with just as many issues. However, with 18 years in the field with a specialization in complex cases, I feel that I have enough of a handle on the situation to at least offer you something to think about. I have created cases for both the public and for over 80 law firms in the country. I have also conducted seminars worldwide, as well as speaking on the radio, writing articles, writing a book (that became the DVDs), and even lecturing at Oxford University. This exposure creates in me a multi-layered and balanced perspective on the issues. I have spoken to thousands of people about the topic and have a broad view of how people perceive the issues.
Due to the nature of my work, I travel a lot, but I will make an effort to reach out to you once a week. Sometimes you will hear from me more often, especially when something critical occurs. As time progresses, you will discover more about me (I often am asked personal questions now that the DVD is seen worldwide and I know many of the readers are customers of ours), but for now, let’s examine our first topic.
