E-Verify Required by all Federal Contractors
Monday, January 5th, 2009Starting on January 15, 2009, the majority of all federal contractors must begin using the “E-Verify” program to process new hires, as well as its current workers. This new ruling applies to any company working on a federal contract that has been awarded, renewed, extended or starts on this date.
